Today we have:

Master Your Routine

As we understand the importance of routine, we see it as that which one habitually experience, through actions, habits and surroundings.

As a founder at VisionariesHQ, whilst also being a student, I find my routine joyful and adventurous however, the discipline of meeting deadlines and knowing what tasks are to be done is something I myself am working on, I know I can better myself and my routine.

This bring us to this blogpost I am writing on behalf of VisionariesHQ, this is to send out a message to the world and to the Visionaries Campus, it's members, partners and it's beneficiaries.

We pray that our own routine is better developed and more adaptable as life opportunities and obstacles meet and greet us, there is so much to learn from the importance of a healthy well balanced routine.

Meaning of Routine:


  1. a sequence of actions regularly followed. "I settled down into a routine of work and sleep"


  1. performed as part of a regular procedure rather than for a special reason. "the Ministry insisted that this was just a routine annual drill"


  1. organise according to a routine. "all had been routined with smoothness"

As you can see above, Routine can be used as a noun, adjective or a verb.

Things to include in your day:

  1. Morning Routine: Get up, meditate/pray, shower/bath, brush you teeth, ready up for day, plan your day. set your goals and objectives for the day, eat breakfast.

  2. Mealtimes: Eat balances meals throughout the day from breakfast to lunch to dinner, as well as fasting from time to time depending on the daily routines.

  3. Hydration: Make sure you're drinking enough water per day.

  4. Exercise: 30-60 minutes of exercise per day, can be walking, jogging, etc.

  5. Fresh Air & Vitamin D: In your garden, outdoors, windows being open, etc.

  6. Connecting with Family & Friends: Keep in contact and stay connected, etc.

  7. Work, Rest and Play: Keep a good balance and so forth.

  8. Take Care of Yourself: Ensure you're looking after yourself.

  9. Do Things You Enjoy: Develop happy.

  10. Create and Develop: Ideas, Plans and Projects.

  11. Bedtime Routine: Ensure you sleep and awaken at the ideas time.

  12. Sleep: Ensure you rest/sleep well.

Our routines/habits develop our lifestyle. which illustrates our life's experience which is of the highest importance whilst alive as that is what will determine much of our life and our direction in life as we grow through new ways of living and existing.

We hope this has been a great read, we pray to make this part of our routine, I myself as founder and ceo, am working to alleviate my procrastination, enhance my focus and concertation on my responsibilities and endeavours, I pray I am able to be better, to serve better and to express ones greatness through my daily routines and experiences.

Mate, I love me a routine, I'm a sucker for it. It deffo keeps me sane. the con to this though is that I'm not always good with other peoples spontaneity
